RkvMoney respects user privacy. This policy applies to the RkvMoney website, Android app, wallet, recharge, BBPS bill payment, KYC and support services.

1. Information We Collect
  • Mobile number, name, email, address and profile information.
  • KYC information received through Aadhaar/Digilocker or approved verification partners.
  • Recharge and bill payment details such as operator, biller, account/consumer number, amount and transaction status.
  • Device details, app version, IP address, login/session information and notification token.
  • Complaint, support and contact form information submitted by the user.
2. How We Use Information

We use information to create and manage accounts, process recharge and bill payment transactions, verify KYC, maintain wallet ledger, send OTP/notifications, provide support, prevent fraud, improve service quality and comply with applicable legal or regulatory requirements.

3. Sharing With Service Providers

RkvMoney may share required transaction/KYC details with telecom operators, BBPS billers, API providers, banks, payment gateways, SMS/email providers, Firebase/notification services and verification partners only for service delivery, reporting, dispute handling or compliance.

4. Security

We use reasonable technical and administrative controls to protect user data. However, no internet-based system can be guaranteed to be fully secure. Users must keep OTP, password, security PIN and device access confidential.

5. KYC and Documents

KYC data is used only for verification, compliance, fraud prevention and service eligibility. Once KYC is completed, profile identity details may be locked to avoid misuse. User profile image may be updated where the platform allows.

6. Data Retention

Transaction, wallet, ledger, KYC, complaint and audit records may be retained as required for business, legal, tax, accounting, fraud prevention and regulatory purposes.

7. User Rights and Support

Users may contact support for correction of eligible profile details, transaction support or privacy-related requests. Certain records cannot be deleted where retention is required for legal, accounting or dispute purposes.

8. Updates

RkvMoney may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Continued use of the platform means the user accepts the updated policy.
